  • These terms and conditions apply to consumers only and do not apply to goods purchased for commercial use by organisations such as businesses

  • These terms of sale apply to goods supplied by SFF time d.o.o.

  • No contract exists between you (the buyer) and us (the seller) until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full (in cleared funds). Acceptance of your order will be communicated to you by way of email. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

  • The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).

  • We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.



  • The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order.

  • The goods are subject to availability.

  • Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

  • In addition to the price, you are required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

  • We warrant that the goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description. It is your responsibility to check the compatibility and suitability of goods for any particular purpose before ordering. We reserve the right to make without notice such minor modifications in specifications, designs or materials as it may deem necessary or desirable by experience.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.



  • Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made exclusively via PayPal at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence.

  • There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

  • Payments shall be made by you without any deduction

  • You should be aware that if you're paying in EU or other currencies other than US dollars, you may still be charged a currency conversion fee by your card provider or PayPal when you use your card.

  • If you wish to cancel your case order, we charge 15 USD as a cancellation fee. The order can be cancelled providing the products have not been shipped yet.



  • The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

  • If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or send the goods back to us.

  • Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date.

  • Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

  • We are not liable for any delays in shipping once the package has been deposited with the carrier.

  • We are not liable for any damages to the package and product that may occur during shipping.

  • You shall report any damage or shortage in writing within 2 working days of delivery providing evidence in the form of pictures sent to



  • The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.

  • Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due.


  • In the EU (27 EU member states + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

  • In order to cancel your purchase, you must send an email statement you wish to cancel the purchase to Please note that it is not enough just to send the goods back! After informing us in writing, please send us the goods back within 14 days.

  • Should you want to cancel the purchase please note that we do not cover the cost of return.

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods using PayPal as you used when placing the order.

  • You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

  • To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

  • If you wish to ask for a refund because you believe the package to be lost by the carrier, please fist contact your local post service provider. Should they not have any update in 2 weeks, please let us know and we will raise a claim with the carrier. Please note it takes up to 60 days for the claim to be resolved with the carrier. Once the carrier confirmed the package has been lost, we will issue the refund.

  • You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.



  • All goods supplied have the Legal guarantee of 24 months from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended, failure to follow the instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

  • If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing via the e-mail address, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.



The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.



These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Croatian law and the Croatian courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.



You agree to be of legal age to purchase and/or use any product.


  • We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date.

  • Please email us at if you need to update any shipping information.

  • You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order.

  • The shipping date is subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate and is subject to change.

  • Kindly place the Pre-Order only if you accept the conditions above.



  • These cases are offered at a special, reduced price.

  • They are fully functional and come with a standard warranty.

  • They are new inventory items that do not meet our selling standards due to minor damage or defects that occurred during handling, processing or transport - identified as Cosmetic Imperfections. There are 2 categories of b-stock items with Cosmetic Imperfections:

    • Minor Cosmetic Imperfections or

    • Visible Cosmetic Imperfections .

  • Items with Minor Cosmetic Imperfections are offered at a reduced price by 20 USD.

  • Items with Visible Cosmetic Imperfections are offered at a reduced price by 30 USD.

  • These items come in the original packaging and they are fully checked prior to shipment.

  • They have never been previously owned or sold to a customer.

  • They are inspected and graded as to their condition and priced accordingly.

  • Important note: B-stock items are not subject to returns. The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped. However, once the case has been shipped/dispatched, the right to cancel does not apply. The product cannot be returned for a refund.



The Supplier will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the Supplier is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the Supplier’s control.
