Special note for US customers: USPS is facing service issues related to the pandemic, we have added additional shipping options via EMS and DHL Express for our US customers. Shipping options for US will include Standard Premium Package, EMS Package and DHL Express.

Current circumstances may cause some delays in transit of our carriers. For example, new border controls, reduced air freight capacity in the market, and local protective regulations and quarantine measures may impact their service as well as reduced postal service capacity. Therefore, please note that there might be a delay in respect to the shipping time. All our packages are sent with a tracking number. We ship orders quickly; however, we are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package is dropped off with the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact your local postal service provider or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and, if necessary, we can raise a claim with our carrier. (Please note that the enquiry time for the claim with the sending carrier is 60 days).
Our priority is to have your new case in your hands as fast as possible, considering the current situation and new lockdown measures due to the second COVID19 wave, delays are possible. We have experienced very few delays; however, they still might happen.
