If you are interested in getting an SFFtime case and you're looking to save a bit on your order, you can consider getting a B-Stock case. Here are a couple of notes to consider if you decide to buy a B-stock case.

What is considered a B-stock case?

A B-stock case is a new inventory item that does not meet our selling standards due to minor damage or defects that occurred during handling, processing or transport. These cases have never been previously owned or sold to a customer. The only cases that we accept as B-stock are those with cosmetic imperfections, NOT functional ones. B-Stock cases are fully functional cases and come with the standard warranty. Due to cosmetic imperfections they are offered at a special, reduced price.

The case will come in the original packaging and will be fully checked prior to shipment.

What is a Cosmetic Imperfection?

When assembling cases, in advance of preparation to ship orders, each case is carefully inspected for any faults, directly by us. The cases that do not meet selling standards are put aside to be considered as B-stock units and undergo another check to be divided in in 2 categories: Minor Cosmetic Imperfection or Visible Cosmetic Imperfection. When inspected, they are graded as to their condition and priced accordingly.

What is the reduced price I get when choosing a B-stock case?

The price reduction depends on the B-stock category.

• Items with Minor Cosmetic Imperfection are offered at a reduced price by 10 USD.

• Items with Visible Cosmetic Imperfection are offered at a reduced price by 30 USD.

What are the terms and conditions if I choose to buy a B-stock case?

• These cases are offered at a special, reduced price.

• They are fully functional and come with a standard warranty.

• They are new inventory items that do not meet our selling standards due to minor damage or defects that occurred during handling, processing or transport - identified as cosmetic imperfections. There are 2 categories of b-stock items with cosmetic Imperfections:

  • Cat. I - Minor Cosmetic Imperfections or

  • Cat. II - Visible Cosmetic Imperfections.

• Items with Minor Cosmetic Imperfections are offered at a reduced price by 10 USD.

• Items with Visible Cosmetic Imperfections are offered at a reduced price by 30 USD.

• These items come in the original packaging and they are fully checked prior to shipment.

• They have never been previously owned or sold to a customer.

• They are inspected and graded as to their condition and priced accordingly.

• Important note: B-stock items are not subject to returns. The customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped. However, once the case has been shipped/dispatched, the right to cancel does not apply. The product cannot be returned for a refund.
